To Open a New Utility Account
- Completed Utility Service Application - Utility Application
- Full Deposit required - Online New Utility Account Deposit
- Drivers License or Florida ID
- Social Security Card or Tax Document
- Homeowner – proof of ownership such as warranty deed
- Renter – provide a copy of the rental agreement
Return completed applications to City Hall, Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-6:00PM or email to billing [at] highsprings.gov
Residential
- Homes with water, sewer, and garbage: $100
- Homes with water and garbage: $100
- Homes with garbage only: $50
Commercial
- Businesses with water, sewer, and garbage: $200
- Businesses with water and garbage: $200
- Businesses with garbage only: $100
Garbage
- Garbage is collected on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your location.
- Yard debris is collected citywide on Wednesday
- Recycling is collected citywide on Friday
