The City of High Springs has received a request from Alachua Habitat for Humanity for two (2) surplus city owned lots to provide affordable housing for low to moderate income families. Those properties are as follows:

Tax Parcel 00826-000-000
Other qualified non-profit agencies have until Monday, August 8, 2016 to submit their request for the above listed properties. A not for profit may request a specific property from the list by application to the City Manager’s office. The application shall include the proposed public purpose use of the property as it relates to the not for profit’s business activities. The not for profit agency shall provide proof of their corporate status as a 501(c)3 or 501 (c)4 as defined in IRS Publication 557.
