Mr. DePeter served as a City Commissioner in 2005, Vice Mayor in 2006, and Mayor in 2007. In September of 2007, he left the Commission to become our City Attorney; he was our City Attorney from September 2007 until January 2012. Mr. Depeter will be missed.

Bid will be awarded to the highest bid over the minimum amount. Cashier’s Checks accepted as payment. Buyer is responsible for cost of preparing and recording deed to property. Property sold “As Is”. After deed is recorded, the property owner will have ninety (90) days to clear the property.
