The City of High Springs will accept sealed bids for the following surplus city owned real properties:

Sealed bids will be accepted through 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at the City Manager’s Office, 23718 W US HWY 27, High Springs, Florida 32643.  Sealed bid envelope should be marked “Surplus Property Bid” and specify the Tax Parcel for which the bid is intended.  Only sealed bids will be accepted.  Bids will be opened at 2:00 on April 13, 2016, where they will be opened publicly.  Bid will be awarded to the highest bid over the minimum amount.  Property sold “As Is”.  After deed is recorded, the property owner will have ninety (90) days to clear the property.  For questions regarding the bid or bid packages, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at (386) 454-1416 option 6.

Notice to Bid – Dixie Chopper Mower

The City of High Springs is now accepting bids for the following equipment:

            (1)        Dixie Chopper Mower with 60” Deck

Specifications are available by contacting Public Works Secretary Courtney Odum at (386) 454-2134.

Interested bidders should submit written bids, marked, “Mower Bid” to:  City Manager, City of High Springs, 23718 W US Hwy 27, High Springs, Florida 32643, no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 16, 2016.

THE CITY OF HIGH SPRINGS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.  THE CITY ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT THE BID WHICH IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY.

AUCTION OF SURPLUS VEHICLES

 

SURPLUS PUBLIC PROPERTY

 

The City of High Springs will accept sealed bids for the following surplus vehicles:

 

1997 Chevrolet Tahoe – Minimum Bid $500

1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo – Minimum Bid $350

2004 Chevrolet Impala – Minimum Bid $350

1997 Ford Bucket Truck – Minimum Bid $1,500

 

Sealed bids will be accepted through 2:00 pm, Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the City Manager’s Office, 23718 W US HWY 27, High Springs, Florida 32643.  Sealed bid envelope should be marked “Surplus Vehicle Bid” and specify the vehicle for which the bid is intended.  Only sealed bids will be accepted.  Bids will be opened at 2:00 on March 23, 2016.

 

The vehicles may be inspected at the High Springs Police Department, 23720 NW 187th Avenue, behind City Hall.
